Assistant Manager | Qatar | Upmarket Beach Club
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ASSISTANT MANAGER to join Aa prestigious beach bar in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beach clubs or have held a similar position for at least one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure a premium guest experience
- Support the management team in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in a beach club or similar setting
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on guest service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment
Salary: QAR 7000 + Package
