Beverage Manager | Papua New Guinea | Luxury Hotel
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced BEVERAGE MANAGER (HEAD MIXOLOGIST) to join this prestigious luxury hotel located in the heart of Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. As the Beverage Manager, you’ll be at the helm of the vibrant bar scene, crafting exquisite cocktails and ensuring top-notch service that leaves the guests spellbound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, maintaining impeccable standards of service and hospitality.
- Managing a team of 20 bar staff
- Create innovative and tantalizing cocktail menus that reflect the essence of luxury and sophistication.
- Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional service and elevate their craft.
- Manage inventory, budget, and financial performance to optimize profitability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that inspires excellence.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within a branded luxury hotel or upscale hospitality establishment.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences with impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Start: The position is available immediately, but visa process might take between 2-4 months.
