We’re recruiting talented and impeccably groomed CHEF DE PARTIES to join the team at one of the world’s most exclusive ultra-luxury resorts, located on the untouched coastline of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to work in a remote, high-end hospitality destination that blends sustainability, innovation, and Mediterranean culinary excellence.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as CDP in a luxury Mediterranean restaurant
- Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine preparation and presentation
- Fluent English communication skills
- Impeccable grooming and professional kitchen etiquette
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality Mediterranean dishes with precision and consistency
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all kitchen areas
- Contribute to menu development and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with a multicultural team in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment
