Our client, an upmarket dining establishment in Sandton, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant GENERAL MANAGER to lead the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and management within upmarket restaurants or hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Customer Experience: Uphold the restaurant’s reputation for exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
