We are currently seeking a talented HEAD CHEF to join this exciting new establishment that will combine the best of Italian and Steakhouse dining in Lusaka, Zambia. The Restaurant is poised to redefine the culinary landscape with its exquisite menu and impeccable presentation

As a key member of the team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is a masterpiece. With at least 10 years of experience in Italian cuisine and steakhouse environments, you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table

As ideal candidate you will have:

• Matric
• Certified culinary professional with a recognized diploma or degree
• 5 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a high paced restaurant
• Must be able to work under pressure and have excellent and consistent attention to detail
• Must be guest focused
• Positive outlook and excellent team player, committed and hardworking
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Immaculate presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passport valid for at least 2 years
• Clear medical bill
• Clean background check

Salary Package:

• Up to USD 3000 NETT + Expat benefits
