We are looking for an experienced NIGHT GENERAL MANAGER to lead the operations of this high-end restaurant in Sandton, which transforms into a vibrant club at night. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both restaurant and club management, ensuring smooth transitions, excellent service, and a top-tier guest experience.
Requirements:
- Proven operational experience in managing both restaurant and club environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-energy, fast-paced operations
- Focus on customer satisfaction and team management
- Able to work evenings and nights
Salary: ZAR 40-45k CTC
