Operations Manager | Qatar | Upmarket Beach Club
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to lead an upmarket beach bar in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in managing beach clubs or have held a similar position for at least 1 year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff, inventory, and operational budgets.
- Implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an Operations Manager role within a beach club or similar environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a high-energy, fast-paced venue.
Salary: QAR 10000 + Package
