Restaurant Manager | Sunninghill – JHB | Luxury dining Restaurant
We are seeking a polished, experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing similar high-end establishments and a knack for building lasting relationships with discerning guests. This role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that both the kitchen and dining operations run seamlessly and timeously.
Nestled in the heart of Sunninghill, Sandton, this luxury dining restaurant caters to a high-end clientele. The establishment prides itself on providing an exquisite dining experience, blending exceptional cuisine with unparalleled service.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our high-end clientele.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Client Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and grace.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure the kitchen and dining room operate efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring they meet our luxury standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and supplies.
- Monitor and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end dining establishment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Start: ASAP
Salary package: between ZAR 16 – 20k
