Senior Bartenders | Dubai | Pre-opening Ultra Luxury Hotel
We are seeking dynamic and experienced SENIOR BARTENDERS to lead the Bar Teams of this new opening, ultra-luxury hotel located on Dubai’s coastline. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Opening: November 2024
Interviews will be conducted in August 2024, with successful candidates being finalized by the end of the month.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity.
- Provide personalized recommendations and engage with guests to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in excellent condition.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure a well-stocked bar.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of bartending experience in luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or upscale bars.
- Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in training and mentoring staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are desired.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
