Annemart and Natalia have a combined 30 years’ specialised experience in their respective fields of recruitment.

Annemart Heim

Annemart completed her Degree in International Communications at TUT Pretoria in 2006 and started her career in Retail Marketing working as Marketing Manager for over 8 years for several high-end shopping centres in Pretoria, Worcester and finally at Cape Town International Airport.  This experience contributed to her understanding of the fundamentals of retail and the importance of finding the right staff for each retail brand’s specific needs.  She found her niche in retail recruitment in 2012 and enjoys incorporating her love for people and her understanding of the retail industry to source experienced staff for each client’s specific and unique needs.

Natalia le Grange

After completing her Master Degree in Human Resources Management (specialty in Recruitment and Selection) in Poland, Natalia started her career in the hospitality industry in London, United Kingdom. Her main focus was on staff recruitment, training and restaurant pre-openings. She worked as Area Training Manager for several well known UK high street brands. Natalia always worked in multi–national and high volume operations environments. After her relocation to South Africa, Natalia worked as Group Training and HR Manager and later decided to use her practical knowledge and skills in the recruitment industry, which became her passion.
