About Me

·        Cleans and maintains areas such as hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and locker rooms according to set standards and procedures of hotel and polish furniture and fittings according to established protocols and by safely using cleaning chemicals.

·        Prepare and clean guest rooms by removing all trash, changing all bed linens and bathroom items, cleaning and disinfecting bathroom area, replenishing guest room items, dusting common areas in room and vacuuming room as needed.

·        Handle guest’s complaints, reporting them to supervisor immediately and inspecting rooms for safety hazards and for the operating condition of equipment and reporting same to maintenance.

·        Refresh towels, linen, toilet amenities, and room amenities to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests in the hotel and ensure satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs.

·        Wash and sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo and towels and clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies replenish items in the minibar according to set standards.

·        Ensure all items in room are working condition furnishing and small appliances the television, lights, air conditioning unit, garbage disposal, telephone, alarm clock, drapes and curtains and the luggage rack.

·        Follow make up signs, respect do not disturb signs and acknowledge all guest’s preferences such as extra water, bathroom amenities and respect guest privacy.

·        Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested, remove items from hallways and transport to service areas.

·        Clean corridors and floor public areas around guest rooms, Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and maintain cleanliness of equipment and Pantries.

·        Provide the turn down service to assigned guest room according to standards established by the hotel, it involves turning down the bed, Replenishing guest room and bath supplies and cleaning the bathroom if necessary.

·        Attends the guest’s requests and queries courteously and provides excellent guest service promptly in the course of duty and report lost and found articles, maintenance problems or special room problems for example pets in room.

·        Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms this involves removing trash, dirty linens and room service items, making bed, dusting the room and furniture, Replenishing guest  room and bath supplies, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming the carpet, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures.

·        Update and record all vacant clean rooms and occupied clean rooms in the system by room phone.

·        Deliver and retrieve items such as irons and ironing boards to guests and provide them with security instructions and provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities and amenities.

·        Empty waste paper bins and ashtrays and ensure that all waste is properly disposed of or sent for recycling carry out deep cleaning in rooms such as cleaning the AC coil touching up paint on walls /molding touching up scratched furniture or rehanging closed slide doors.

·        Responsible for checking daily the guest information in CRM and ensure that the preferences and requests of the same are met on time

·        Clean all assigned area or outlet thoroughly , making the necessary arrangement , Replenishing linen and guest supplies in specific area this includes deep cleaning of guest rooms.

Gather laundry from guest’s rooms, deliver it to the laundry area, and ensure that clean laundry is handed over to the guests
