It all depends on the country and company you are applying with, and it can take anything between 1 week up to 3 months.

Most international contracts are signed for 2 years and are renewable. However, every company has different policies and this information will be disclosed to you during screening.

Skype and ZOOM are an online communication platforms allowing employers to conduct video interviews with candidates located in another country or city. This way both the employer and the candidate can speak directly and create professional relationship before the candidate joins the company and meets the management team he/she will be working with.

If you live in different location than your recruiter, you might be asked to be able to conduct Skype or ZOOM interview with your recruiter as well.
