About Me

§  Clean and sanitize guestrooms, showers, basins, toilets, tiles and all surrounding areas and drains were kept clean and update and record all clean rooms and report any discrepancies in room status to the floor supervisor.
§  Perform rotation cleaning duties for example steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning and replenish amenities according to the operational standards

§  Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities such as shampoo and soap, toiletries, drinking glasses and notepads and deliver and set up guest request amenities including rollways, baby cribs

§  Servicing of rooms in the evening (turndown service) and also provide second service and clean guest bathroom/bedroom/floor corridor and handle guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved /unresolved incidents are reported to floor supervisor.

§  Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, arrange all clothing items in occupied guestrooms, folded neatly according to standard as demonstrated.

§  Attends to guest calls, guest requests/guest complaints in the area assigned and clean guest bathrooms, bathroom walls, bathtub, shower, water closet using the suggested chemicals such as bathroom cleaner, all purpose pro 14, glass cleaner, after cleaning , dry all areas, fixtures and surfaces.

§  Clean chandeliers, draperies and other hard to reach areas in public areas and inform valet service to collect guest’s clothes for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing services.

§  Remove all dirty terry and replace with the clean par to the designated layout and monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work area.

§  Emptying trash containers and ashtrays and tidy and arrange neatly guest toilet articles on vanity top and spot cleans carpet when necessary

§  Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar and clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy all times.

§  Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs such as broken appliances, old light bulbs and damage.

§  Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet and replenish maids cart with supplies for the next shift.

§  Arrange and stock the pantry with linen and supplies and vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty astray and wastebaskets.
