About Me

Ø cleans and maintains areas of responsibility such as rooms and bathrooms ,according to the hotel standards and procedures

Ø Make bed, wash sink, bathtub, toilet, tiles, mirrors and floors and polish brass and metal and remove dirty bed linen and make up bed with clean linen.

Ø Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain and floor.

Ø Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris, ensure correct amount and placement of hangers, extra blanket/pillow and luggage rack.

Ø Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of housekeeping and laundry, as identified by the hotel brand standards.

Ø Clean and keep the guest corridors, service pantries and service areas neat and tidy all times.

Ø Attends to guest calls, guest requests/guest complaints in the area assigned and restocking guestroom amenities like toiletries, drinking glasses, and room amenities

Ø Remove room service trays and trolley from guest room and corridor and inform valet service to collect guests clothes for laundry, dry cleaning and pressing services

Ø Responsible for checking daily the guest information in CRM and ensure that the preferences and requests of the same are met on time

Ø Deliver guest requests and set up furniture items in guest rooms as requested, remove items from hallways and transport to service areas.

Ø Clean corridors and floor public areas around guest rooms, Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and maintain cleanliness of equipment and Pantries.

Ø Provide the turn down service to assigned guest room according to standards established by the hotel, it involves turning down the bed, Replenishing guest room and bath supplies and cleaning the bathroom if necessary.

Ø Attends the guest’s requests and queries courteously and provides excellent guest service promptly in the course of duty.

Ø Reports damage and malfunction in hotel rooms and areas to floor in charge

Ø Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately.

Ø Handle guest complaints and reports them to supervisor immediately

Ø Carry out valet services whenever required, for example delivery of linen, processing laundry orders.

Ø Vacuum carpet and upholstered furniture, Dust and wipe, empty ashtrays and wastebasket
