I have 32 years of hands-on working experience in maintenance and have a strong background on budgeting, cost control, building, tiling, carpentry, steelwork, plumbing, paving, electrical, problem-solving, auto mechanics, 500kva generators, water purification, solar, irrigation systems, reinforcing and concrete. All general handyman works as well as working with and managing people. I am hyperactive and a perfectionist at my work and home and have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
