F&B Supervisor | Qatar | Luxury Hotel
A prestigious luxury hotel in Qatar is seeking a motivated and service-driven F&B SUPERVISOR to join its world-class team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a globally respected hotel brand, leading daily operations and ensuring outstanding guest experiences across its dining outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned restaurant, bar, or outlet
- Support the F&B management team in delivering exceptional service standards
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff
- Lead and motivate service team members to exceed guest expectations
- Assist in training and mentoring new and existing team members
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are consistently upheld
- Monitor stock levels and support in inventory control and ordering
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, specials, and promotions
Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant (essential)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus
- High attention to detail and a passion for guest service
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic F&B administration
