F&B Manager | Saudi Arabia | Hospitality Group
We are looking for an experienced F&B MANAGER to join the team of a luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, known for its elegant concepts, world-class service, and innovative F&B experiences. About the Role
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing guest experiences at every level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, lounges, and event spaces
- Lead, develop, and manage service teams to ensure consistent five-star service
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on promotions and events
- Handle guest feedback, ensuring exceptional service recovery when needed
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee inventory control
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality group
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams across two cities (Riyadh & Jeddah)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of the Saudi hospitality landscape preferred
- Flexibility to travel between cities as required

Salary package
- Total Salary SAR 20-25k CTC
