F&B Manager | Saudi Arabia | Hospitality Group

We are looking for an experienced F&B MANAGER to join the team of a luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, known for its elegant concepts, world-class service, and innovative F&B experiences. With properties in both Riyadh and Jeddah, the group is expanding across Saudi Arabia and offers outstanding career growth opportunities for experienced hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic, high-end environments.

About the Role

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing guest experiences at every level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, lounges, and event spaces
  • Lead, develop, and manage service teams to ensure consistent five-star service
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on promotions and events
  • Handle guest feedback, ensuring exceptional service recovery when needed
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee inventory control
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality group
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams across two cities (Riyadh & Jeddah)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Knowledge of the Saudi hospitality landscape preferred
  • Flexibility to travel between cities as required

Salary package
  • Total Salary SAR 20-25k CTC
