Executive Chef | Florida, USA | Elite Hospitality Group
We are seeking an exceptional EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead a stand-alone fine dining restaurant and private members club in Florida.
The successful candidate will bring:
- Diploma or certificate from a recognized European hospitality institution, reflecting formal culinary training and global standards of excellence
- Strong background in fine dining, with proven experience in Michelin-starred kitchens or equivalent high-end culinary environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams in delivering exceptional, detail-driven cuisine
- Deep understanding of menu engineering, seasonal sourcing, and modern plating techniques
- A passion for innovation balanced with respect for classic culinary traditions
- Experience managing kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, supplier relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Commitment to guest satisfaction, with a track record of elevating dining experiences through creativity and consistency
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments in a luxury hospitality setting
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary — negotiable for the right candidate
