Head Bartender | Dubai | Beach Club
A prestigious 5-star beach club in Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced HEAD BARTENDER to lead its bar operations. This is a high-impact role for a hospitality professional with a passion for premium service, mixology, and team leadership in a luxury environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality environments, especially alcohol-licensed venues
- Strong mixology skills and ability to lead bar operations
- Professional demeanor, excellent guest interaction, and team collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 6,500 per month
- Tips: AED 2,000 – 4,000 monthly
- Service Charge: AED 700
- Bonus structure
- Flight ticket provided
- Visa and medical insurance included
- Relocation support provided
Schedule & Conditions:
- 2 days off per week
- Accommodation not provided
- Must be available to start immediately
