We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BAR MANAGER to lead operations at a high-volume bar and lounge in Abu Dhabi. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where leadership, precision, and flair come together to deliver exceptional nightlife experiences.

The ideal candidate is already based in Abu Dhabi or has previous Abu Dhabi experience and is willing to relocate at their own cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a busy bar and lounge
• Lead and train a high-performing team of bartenders and service staff
• Ensure consistent delivery of premium guest service and beverage standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and guest engagement
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost control strategies
• Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in high-volume venues
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Deep understanding of beverage trends, mixology, and service excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nightlife-driven environment
• Previous experience in Abu Dhabi or GCC region preferred
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Compensation Package:

• Total Salary: AED 15,000/month
• Tips/Service Charge: Approx. AED 4,000/month
• Commission: Approx. USD 1,000/month
