Kitchen Manager | Riyadh | Famous Café
We are seeking an experienced KITCHEN MANAGER to join a renowned café and all-day breakfast restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen team in one of the city’s most beloved dining destinations—known for its vibrant atmosphere, quality ingredients, and breakfast served with flair.
Work Schedule:
6 days on, 1 days off
Accommodation: Not provided (relocation support available)
As ideal candidate you will have:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Head Chef in a high-volume café or casual dining environment
- Culinary diploma or professional chef certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse kitchen team
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
- A passion for breakfast and brunch-style cuisine with a flair for presentation and consistency
- Solid understanding of inventory control, cost management, and supplier coordination
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with modern kitchen equipment and maintenance routines
- Ability to train and mentor junior kitchen staff effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving menus, seasonal ingredients, and customer preferences
Salary Package:
- Base salary: SAR 12 500
- Duty Meals
- Medical insurance
- Joining flights and visa sponsorship
