Credit Control Manager | Bellville | Contracts Management Company
We are seeking an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a leading national catering, cleaning, and facilities management services group, location in Bellville’s head office.
The role requires strong financial management, risk control, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on minimizing bad debt and ensuring efficient collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement credit control policies and strategies.
- Manage debt collection, aged debtors reporting, reconciliations, and write‑offs.
- Oversee invoicing, credit notes, and payment allocations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4, driving performance and morale.
- Collaborate with operations and senior management to support business objectives.
- Produce regular reports and manage high‑risk accounts.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in credit control management within a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 8+ staff.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Salary info:
- Competitive package of approx. ZAR 30,000 CTC.
