Operations Manager | Kuwait | Luxury Hospitality Brand
A prestigious hospitality group in Kuwait is seeking a seasoned OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee and elevate the performance of one of its luxury brands. This is a high-impact leadership role suited to a dynamic professional with a proven track record in upscale hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Implement and monitor service standards, SOPs, and operational efficiencies
- Drive team performance, training, and development to maintain excellence
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and business goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior operations role within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multicultural teams and deliver results under pressure
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
