I would like to apply for any available roles of Chef / Remote Site Camp Boss. I have spent over 25 years cooking and managing kitchens / remote camps around the world, from restaurants in London and South Africa to remote camps in Kurdistan, as well as initial experience in the Catering Corps. Cooking and Hospitality is my passion, and I take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality meals even in the toughest environments, and in remote camp services.
I bring strong skills in menu planning, large-scale food preparation and operations, and kept high standards while serving European, Middle Eastern and international cuisines. Whether it’s being part of a busy camp kitchen or creating menus for private clients, I strive to make food that people enjoy and remember, and have a ‘keen eye for detail’, in everything I do.
