Restaurant Manager | Riyadh – KSA | Luxury Café
We are seeking a sophisticated, high-energy RESTAURANT MANAGER to lead operations for a world-renowned luxury café and lounge in Riyadh. This is a flagship role within an upscale franchise brand, requiring a leader who understands the meticulous standards of premium café culture and high-volume service.
The Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of this iconic luxury café. You will manage a high-volume operation, ensuring that every coffee, pastry, and gourmet dish is served with the elegance and precision the brand is famous for. This role demands a sharp eye for detail, impeccable floor management, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a bustling Riyadh hotspot.
Requirements & Experience
- Luxury Background: Essential experience as a Restaurant Manager within a luxury café, premium bistro, or upscale lounge environment.
- High-Volume Expertise: Proven ability to maintain service standards and atmosphere during peak, high-pressure periods.
- Brand Alignment: Experience with international franchise brands is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills and a polished, professional presentation suitable for a luxury setting.
- Global Mobility: We are seeking the best talent globally and offer full relocation support.
The Package
- Salary: 18,000 SAR (Total Salary Package)
- Relocation & Visa: Comprehensive relocation assistance and visa sponsorship provided globally.
- Travel: Annual flight tickets included.

- Roster: 6 Days Work / 1 Day Off.
- Note: This is an all-inclusive salary package; accommodation is not provided.
