Lodge Manager | Tanzania | Luxury Hospitality Group
A premier collection of remote wilderness properties is seeking an experienced and dedicated LODGE MANAGER to lead an exceptional guest experience in some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the region. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep passion for the bush and the operational expertise to manage high-end hospitality in a remote environment.
The Role
As the Lodge Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a remote property, managing a team of approximately 40 to 45 staff members. Your focus will be on maintaining impeccable service standards, ensuring seamless logistics, and providing a memorable, high-quality experience for guests.
Key Requirements
- Bush Experience: A proven track record of working in remote bush environments is essential.
- Operational Leadership: Experience managing teams of 40+ staff in a hospitality setting.
- Health & Fitness: Due to the remote nature of the locations, candidates must be in good health with no serious medical conditions.
- Additional Skills: A background or knowledge in field guiding is highly advantageous. Proficiency in one or more European languages is also considered a strong asset.
Work Cycle & Leave
- Work Cycle: 6 weeks on-site followed by 2 weeks off.
- Annual Leave: 28 days of paid annual leave.

- 01 June 2026
Package & Benefits
- Salary: USD 3000 to USD 3500 per month (Net of taxes).
- Savings Scheme: A 10% employee contribution toward the NSSF is required, which is fully matched by a 10% employer contribution. The total accumulated amount is payable at the end of the contract.
