Hi there , I’m Rafa Cano a passionate Chef I was born in Madrid but when  I was 17 years old I’ve been travelled the world chasing my chefs mentors such as Tetsuya Wakuda, Neil perry  ( Australia) Martin Berasategui ( Basque Country ) Seiji Yamamoto ( Tokyo) Eric Barber Meliá Bali ( Indonesia ) . I’m currently working for The Resorts group managing a huge operation in Cape Verde ( West Africa) 2 hotels for Meliã International all inclusive, adults only . I lead by the example over 130 people. Mostly young and cheerful talents.
