With over twenty years of experience in the leadership of hospitality establishments and the management of high-end hotel and food & beverage operations, I am now seeking to place my expertise at the service of an international hotel group driven by high standards of performance, operational excellence, and guest experience.
Throughout my career, I have held positions as General Manager and Executive Manager, with full responsibility for strategy, profitability (P&L), regulatory compliance, and the leadership of multidisciplinary teams. I have successfully overseen both opening phases and mature operations in demanding environments where execution quality, cost control, and brand image are critical success factors.
Accustomed to working closely with owners, investors, and institutional stakeholders, I am able to translate strategic vision into concrete operational results. My management approach is built on clear principles: accountability at all levels, performance-driven leadership through KPIs, strict adherence to quality standards, and continuous attention to guest experience.
In addition, my background in Quality Management (ISO 9001) and Health, Safety and Hygiene standards (HACCP) has enabled me to embed practices aligned with international benchmarks in a sustainable manner. This rigor, combined with a strong sensitivity to concept identity and brand positioning, represents a lasting lever of differentiation.
