About Me
With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, food service, and multi-site operations management, I bring a proven track record of driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering consistent results across diverse and demanding environments.
Throughout my career I have managed multi-site operations for well-known brands including Steers (Karoo Depot) and Seattle Coffee Company, overseeing up to 28 locations simultaneously. My responsibilities have spanned daily operational oversight, financial management (P&L, GP reporting, budgeting and forecasting), stock variance analysis, HR and IR management, health and safety compliance, and large-scale event coordination. I am equally comfortable working on the floor alongside teams as I am presenting financial reports to senior leadership.
My BSc (Hons) in Dietetics from the University of the Free State gives me a strong foundation in food quality, nutrition, and foodservice management — a combination that has proven invaluable in healthcare, corporate, and franchise catering environments alike. I have successfully managed facilities ranging from corporate head offices and hospital canteens to restaurant franchises and stadium event operations.
I am currently based in Wellington, Western Cape, and am actively seeking a senior role within the Western Cape region. I am known for my hands-on leadership style, my ability to build strong client relationships, and my commitment to operational standards that protect both the business and the people it serves.
