Sales and Project Manager | Tanzania | Kitchen Solutions

A fast‑growing commercial kitchen solutions provider is seeking a SALES AND PROJECT MANAGER to lead its expansion in the hospitality sector. This role blends business development, client advisory, and end‑to‑end project management – ideal for someone with strong kitchen operations knowledge and the confidence to manage installations from concept to handover.

Location: Arusha / Zanzibar (with travel across Tanzania)

Key Responsibilities

• Business development – Identify and grow new opportunities within the hospitality sector
• Client relationship management – Build and maintain strong, long‑term partnerships
• Proposal preparation – Prepare and present commercial kitchen equipment proposals
• Project management – Manage projects from design through installation and final handover
• Internal coordination – Work closely with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth execution
• Operational advisory – Advise clients on kitchen workflow, efficiency, and equipment selection
• Sales reporting – Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements

• 3 – 5+ years hospitality experience, ideally as an Executive Chef or similar senior kitchen role
• Experience in sales or client‑facing roles
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and workflow
• Proven project management capability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel across Tanzania

Compensation

USD 2,500 monthly
+ full expat package and performance‑based incentives
