With over 10 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer spanning Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing, I have been building high-performance teams, scaling multi-channel revenue operations, and driving EBITDA growth across retail, commercial, and industrial sectors throughout Southern Africa and Sub-Saharan markets.

In my current role at Dynamic Bedding / The Bed Shop, I hold full P&L responsibility and have led the development of a multi-brand retail strategy across a 120 store corporate and franchise network in South Africa and Zambia. I have built automated sales pipelines and CRM infrastructure, managed marketing ROAS across digital and in store channels.

Prior to this, as Executive Head of Franchise Operations at King Pie Holdings (Bidvest), I directed operations across 243 stores in South Africa and 22 international outlets, reported directly to BIDVEST executive leadership, and developed new territory expansion through Master Licensee agreements in Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, and Zambia.

At ASSA ABLOY, I led the Yale franchise division and managed key accounts including Walmart and Iliad Group, driving market penetration across B2B and B2C channels. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a rare combination of strategic clarity, operational depth, and commercial acumen.
