F&B Manager | Liberia | 4 Star Luxury Hotel
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and hands-on F&B MANAGER to oversee the diverse culinary operations of a well-known, luxury hotel in Monrovia, Liberia. The hotel is situated in an exceptionally secure, high-profile area entirely surrounded by international diplomatic compounds.
As the F&B Manager, you will serve as the operational anchor for all venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, seamless service standards, and strong financial performance. You will inherit a structured team where each individual outlet is run by its own dedicated Outlet Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Provide strategic leadership and daily operational management to 4 (soon to be 5) distinct F&B outlets.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support individual Outlet Managers to achieve maximum efficiency and maintain high service standards.
- Cultural Adaptability: Effectively manage and foster a collaborative working environment for a diverse team composed primarily of local talent alongside select expatriate professionals in key roles.
- Executive Reporting: Maintain a direct line of communication regarding overall operational health, revenue targets, and strategic development, reporting directly to the General Manager and CEO.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Champion strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all venues while maintaining a premium guest-first hospitality culture.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, or multi-outlet Operations Manager within a high-volume hotel or premium multi-venue resort environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing outlet heads and building cohesive, multicultural teams.
- Excellent financial acumen, inventory management, and cost-control skills.
- Resilience and adaptability, with a genuine enthusiasm for working in an emerging international market.
