With a strong foundation in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage operations, I have developed a well-rounded understanding of hotel management and service coordination. My hands-on leadership style emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and excellence in guest experience. I am proficient in hospitality systems such as Micros Suite 8 Fidelio, HotelPlus Version 10, and Hotelogix, and I am currently I am using Opera PMS.

In my role as Operations Manager at Oilepo Luxury Lodge – Amboseli, I successfully led the Front Office and Housekeeping teams during a pre-opening phase, implementing efficient systems and operational standards that positioned the lodge for strong guest satisfaction scores. Additionally, I was privileged to be part of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 hospitality operations, gaining international exposure and cross-cultural management experience through Front Office and Housekeeping coordination using Hotelogix.
