
About Me
I spent 17 years in one recruitment Company, I began as a Wages Officer and after three years moved into being a Marketing Assistant, after one year I was moved into recruitment. Within three years I was a top performing recruiter in the temporary division. I brought in FNB Branch Banking and I managed all their branch recruitment throughout Gauteng. I also recruited for various departments at their Head Office, Foreign Exchange, Credit Card, Fraud and investigation, various product launches, call centres, Premier banking, Fraud and investigations. I also ran their 24 hour cash centres. I also recruited for Nedbank Personal Loans, from the onset of this division. I was instrumental in growing their workforce to over 300 temporary to permanent employees, Management, Operations, Call Centres, Debt Collections, Debt Review, IT and Support Staff.
Through the years I was involved in staff Management, Disciplinary hearings, CCMA cases, hiring and firing, Labour relations, and all support functions to HR.
I would like to consider work in the field of Client Development, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Recruitment, Personnel Administration and training, Talent Acquisition and staff retention.
I am willing to use my Technical, creative communication and relationship building skills to enhance the set out intentions of the company employing me. My achievements have far surpassed my peers over the years of being a top consultant. My intention is to use my previous experiences to further my potential to build productivity and ‘growth friendly’ environments.
