In addition to my hospitality experience, I have also organized international art exhibitions for Ardmore Ceramic Art, which strengthened my expertise in luxury brand presentation and event management. I thrive in dynamic environments that demand problem-solving, consistency, and attention to detail—all while maintaining a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.

Most recently, I have worked as a specialist Operations Manager and Restaurant Manager, overseeing both opening and closing operations. While this experience has been invaluable, my passion lies in fostering long-term relationships and building collaborative work environments with guests, staff, suppliers, and service providers.

Letter of Reference – Mr. Clint Pavkovich

Clint Pavkovich was employed at Ardmore Ceramic Art in 2013 as Operations Manager. His responsibilities include Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Production & related support functions such as IT and Logistics.

Due to rapid growth within the business and subsequent restructuring in 2018, Clint’s prime focus became the servicing and management of Ardmore’s wholesale clientele, which accounts for the largest segment of overall company turnover. These clients are both locally & internationally based and he was tasked with growing both existing and new customers in line with budgeted targets at which he excelled.

As part of his responsibilities, Clint retained all Logistical functions that included the packing, dispatch & delivery of all items as well as the co-ordination of Exhibitions, again both locally & internationally.

Other responsibilities retained included IT, CRM, Administrative functions & staff reporting into the Wholesale function.

Clint cannot be faulted on his work ethic, attendance, honesty, integrity, commitment and his knowledge of policies, procedures, product and clients with whom he has built strong relationships over the years.

As a result of the restructuring, positions became redundant and Clint took advantage of this to further his career.
