My name is Deborah Omile. I have five of experience in customer-facing roles, including 18 months as a Customer Service Agent, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Due to my performance and leadership qualities, I was promoted to Front Office Supervisor, where I led a team, managed guest experiences, and resolved escalated issues with empathy and efficiency.
My experience has taught me the importance of active listening, staying calm under pressure, and delivering solutions that leave customers feeling valued and supported. I am comfortable with multitasking, using CRM systems, and maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments.
