About Me
I am a passionate and adaptable Chef, with recent experience working and living in the Bankfoot, Scotland in the UK, on a Skilled Worker Visa.
With over seven years of experience in both fine dining and high-volume bakery kitchens in South Africa, I’ve built a solid foundation across all areas of the kitchen.
My journey started in an à la carte restaurant, continued in a luxury 5* hotel, and I developed into a leadership role in a busy, high-end production bakery.
While I’m confident running any section and managing the pass, pastry is my happy place. I love the creativity it allows and would really love to grow further in this area.
It is my desire to expand my pastry knowledge and expertise, to have a more rounded skillset.
