I am an energetic young Malawian male aged 30 years and I am single. I am a holder of the Malawi School Certificate of Education(O-Level) and I also hold a diploma in Computing and Information Systems. Above all, I hold a Level 1 Basic Food Certificate obtained at Abu Dhabi National Hotels in United Arab Emirates.

As a customer service-driven individual with a very good reputation for meeting customers’ needs as well as exceeding performance expectations, I consider myself to be a strong addition to your team who can greatly contribute to the ongoing operational success of your company. If I am considered for this role, I hope to bring with me some of the key skills like food management, sanitation, quality control, inventory management as well as team building.

During my previous job, I was working with Abu Dhabi National Hotels, which is a member of the Compass group of companies from the United Kingdom. My day-to-day duties involve taking food orders as well as serving food to both patrons and guests based on their diet requirements. My previous employment has helped me develop abilities in key areas like meeting and greeting customers, making reservations in person and over the phone, and maintaining hygiene.

Additionally, I can state that this role has exposed me to different people with different nationalities which has helped me to gain an understanding of different dishes that are available in most five-star hotels in other countries ranging from Arabic, Philippine, Indian as well as international.
