Tasking assessments and refocusing entire operational and administrative departments productivity, efficiency and profitability, and shaping guest experience. Identifying asset upkeep needs, spearheading pre-openings, renovations and assisting hotel ownership transitions.

Over years I have embarked on a leadership journey from operational key management to corporate executive role positions for franchised and independent upper-upscale hotels to luxury boutique and resort properties, leaving my mark in locations spanning from my home country Germany, Spain, Caribbean to Thailand and Indonesia. Professional experience in the field of hospitality encapsulates all aspects of hotel operation including leading and managing multiple units, building and leading teams, sharing knowledge, and translating collective efforts in tangible and measurable results.

Having a clear sense of quality and luxury in operations, coupled with commercial understanding of top-line and bottom-line issues. Attention to details, yet being able to see the big picture and drive strategies and tactics.
