About Me

I am a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in recruitment, operations, event management, and quality assessments across sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, and recruitment. My career is founded on a commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional results, while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

I served as Compliance Manager at SD Recruitment (Pty) Ltd, leading a team of six. In this role, I managed the recruitment process, ensuring legal and organizational compliance, while building strong relationships with candidates. I implemented quality assessments throughout the recruitment lifecycle, maintained accurate documentation, and improved operational efficiency through effective system management.

Before this, I was General Manager at Solutions for Africa – Immploy Medical Recruitment, where I strengthened client relationships, oversaw recruitment operations, and managed payroll and debtor functions. My leadership and initiatives drove revenue growth, enhanced client satisfaction, and developed quality-focused staff training programs that empowered teams to excel.

Although my recruitment experience has been rewarding, my true passion lies in hospitality. I have held senior roles with industry leaders such as Sun International and Protea by Marriott. At the PPLE Group (powered by Imperial), I served as Operations Manager for the Western Cape, overseeing the provision of professionally trained staff to hotels, expanding clientele, and driving revenue growth.

A key milestone in my career was as Deputy General Manager at the African Pride Mount Grace Hotel, where I managed hotel operations, ensured industry compliance, and implemented strategies that increased revenue through VIP client relationships and financial management. My focus on quality assessment, especially in guest services, helped elevate the hotel’s reputation and consistently exceed guest expectations.

Though my career has evolved toward recruitment, my passion for hospitality and quality remains central. The insights I gained in hospitality continue to shape my approach to recruitment, helping me understand and meet the needs of both clients and candidates. My expertise in quality assurance enables me to provide strategic, results-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and elevate service standards across all sectors. I bring a
wealth of experience, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to customer satisfaction in all my endeavors.
