Studying hospitality was a great experience for me, and then going into the workplace, i have learnt that I am more of a Back of House employee as I like to engage with people, but not so much as what a host would in a restaurant. I fond myself enjoying doing the works of administrative/filing duties of a restaurant/unit if the job opportunity is there.
I still enjoy being in the hospitality industry, but I would appreciate if I had some guidance on which path to take as I still want to be part of the industry, but more on a subtle side.
I also love researching new food trends and what new things are being introduced to the industry and would love to share it with future colleagues.
