About Me

Having spent eight years at the intersection of high-end hospitality and remote bush operations, most recently managing the front of house in eight sites for African Bush Camps, I have developed a refined instinct for curating experiences that are as transformative as they are technically flawless.

My background is a blend of rigorous management and creative curation. During my tenure in Zimbabwe’s wilderness and at the Victoria Falls Safari Club, I looked after high-net-worth guests who demanded both absolute discretion and exceptional creativity. I learned that “transformative” experiences, a requirement of this role, are born from a deep attention to detail. Whether it was coordinating private river cruises or designing bespoke milestone celebrations, my goal was to make the complex logistics invisible so the guest could focus entirely on the moment.

What sets my candidacy apart is the combination of formal academic training and “on-the-ground” entrepreneurial grit:

• Strategic Oversight: My Higher National Diploma from the Bulawayo School of Hospitality (SCHOTO) provided me with a scientific approach to hospitality, from financial control to organizational behavior. I don’t just create guest experiences; I engineer them to be sustainable and brand-aligned.
• Multi-Site Logistical Mastery: Managing five to eight remote camps simultaneously has made me thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments. I am used to “fixing it” before a guest even perceives a hurdle.
• Linguistic & Cultural Connection: Being proficient in English, Swahili, and French (DELF B1) allows me to act as a bridge. As a Tanzanian, my ability to converse fluently with local teams in Swahili while providing a “home-away-from-home” connection for Francophone and English-speaking guests is a distinct asset.
• Wellness & Personalization: Through my own venture, African Adventure Agency, I designed itineraries across nine countries. I understand that modern luxury travelers seek wellness through connection to nature, to culture, and to themselves.
