About Me
I am an experienced hospitality professional with over 19 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, including five successful years as a General Manager, I bring a strong track record of leading large teams, managing complex luxury operations, and consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Currently, I am overseeing large-scale operations at Mayfair Hotels & Resorts, a renowned 5-star luxury resort, where I manage 154 rooms, 5 restaurants, and 9 banquet venues spread across 150,000 sq. ft. I lead a diverse workforce of 480 team members and am deeply involved in all facets of hotel operations, including revenue optimization, cost controls, guest satisfaction, asset upkeep, and brand compliance.
In addition to operations, I have a strong command over sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and revenue management, enabling sustained topline growth while maintaining financial discipline.
In recognition of my leadership and performance, I was honored with the “Young General Manager of the Year” award by Hotelier India in June 2025.
