With over 13 years of experience in fine dining and upscale restaurant operations, I bring a proven track record of excellence, leadership, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Since 2022, I have successfully opened 11 restaurant outlets in Dubai, demonstrating both my operational expertise and my ability to deliver under high-pressure, high-volume environments. I am a quick learner with a background in several cuisines and wanting to learn more from each walk of life.
Most recently, I had the privilege of opening Jardin Des Arts in 2025 located at Montgomerie Golf Club and Folly Brasserie, both celebrating the sophistication and finesse of French and European cuisine and importantly serving Golf members and several other guests across the UAE.These projects further strengthened my ability to conceptualize and launch distinctive dining experiences while leading diverse, multicultural teams to success.
As a leader, I believe in developing people as much as I do operations. I bring a powerful understanding of team evaluation, training, and development, ensuring every team member is aligned with the brand’s standards and growth trajectory. My ability to motivate and elevate those around me has been key to building strong, guest-focused service cultures.
