I am a goal-oriented Senior manager with 20+ years’ broad Senior Management
experience. In my role as Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager
at Riviera on Vaal Hotel, General Manager at Zebra Country lodge and various
Senior Manager Positions at Legend Golf & Safari Resort. I managed 5 Lodges,
a 600 pax Banqueting Department,2 Golf Clubhouses and 4- and 5-Star
Restaurants.
My experiences in management have enhanced my ability to carry out these
functions, but I believe it is my interpersonal skills that have driven my success
in fostering strong workplace processes. I also possess a high level of computer
Literacy and have managed projects that required solid IT skills. My role with
Riviera on Vaal Hotel & Country Club & Legend Lodges required the
consolidation of digital financial and personnel systems for more effective
operations.
My leadership experience with large hospitality organizations such as Riviera on
Vaal Hotel & Country Club, Legend Golf & Safari Resort and Zebra Country
Lodge has allowed me to develop sound productivity strategies to meet different
requirements. I lead by example and approach all my work with energy and
enthusiasm, and I look forward to utilizing my skills in a new and challenging
setting.
