Baristas | Kuwait | Hospitality Group
We are looking for skilled and customer-focused BARISTAS to join the team of a well-known hospitality group in Kuwait and deliver exceptional coffee experiences across the group’s restaurants, cafés, and lounges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the coffee station
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Support team operations and uphold brand service values
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus
