Café Manager | Qatar | Specialty Coffee Brand
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CAFÉ MANAGER to lead one of Doha’s most vibrant specialty coffee locations. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, have a passion for coffee culture, and know how to inspire teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences – this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas and service staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination for coffee, pastries, and merchandise
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand presentation standards
- Handle scheduling, shift planning, and payroll coordination
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and warmth
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on promotions and seasonal launches
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in café, F&B, or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with specialty coffee equipment and service styles (e.g., V60, espresso, cold brew)
- Fluent in English
- Available for immediate start in Doha
