Captain Waiters | Riyadh | Multiple Restaurant Outlets
A group of well-known restaurant outlets in Riyadh is seeking CAPTAIN WAITERS with excellent personalities, strong experience, and outstanding communication skills to join their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a friendly and professional approach.
- Train and support waitstaff in service standards and menu knowledge.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with management to maintain high service quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Captain Waiter or in a senior service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, confident, and customer focused.
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
Start Date: Latest by end of September 2025
Contract: 1 year (fast visa processing)
Salary:
- Basic SAR 3000 – 4000
