Commis Chef | Saudi Arabia | Luxury 5 Star Resort
We’re hiring passionate and well-presented COMMIS CHEFS to join the opening team of one of the world’s most exclusive ultra-luxury resorts, located on the untouched coastline of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote, high-end culinary environment that blends Mediterranean cuisine with global hospitality excellence.
Ideal candidates will bring charisma, precision, and a positive attitude to a multicultural kitchen team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Experience & Qualifications
- Certificate/diploma in culinary arts
- Minimum 1 year as Commis in a luxury Mediterranean restaurant
- Strong English communication skills
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor
- Energetic, team-oriented approach
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior chefs in daily mise en place and service
- Uphold hygiene and presentation standards in all kitchen areas
- Assist in the preparation of Mediterranean-inspired dishes
- Contribute to a dynamic, multicultural culinary brigade
Salary Package & Benefits
- Salary: 3500 SAR (Tax-Free)
