A world-renowned luxury 5-star hotel in Mumbai is seeking a charismatic and experienced DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANTS to lead its multi-outlet dining operations. This is a high-profile leadership role suited to a guest-focused professional with a proven track record in premium hospitality and restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant operations across multiple venues within the hotel
• Drive guest satisfaction, repeat visitation, and brand loyalty
• Lead and mentor outlet managers and service teams
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to enhance concept delivery
• Ensure compliance with service standards, safety, and financial targets
• Represent the hotel’s dining experience with flair and professionalism

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality or stand-alone restaurant groups
• Previous GM-level experience in high-end dining environments
• Strong leadership, guest engagement, and operational acumen
• Charismatic personality with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
